Ryan Health Clinic

Ryan Health School-Based Health Centers conveniently offer healthcare services to students during the school day. Because of their location, School-Based Health Centers (SBHCs) make it easy for busy students with busy parents to receive primary care and preventive health services.

If your child is enrolled in a School-Based Health Center they will get the same care at school that they would get at one of Ryan Health's main centers, including:

  • Annual physical exams (including those for sports, camp, and working papers)

  • Vaccines

  • Treatment for chronic and acute illnesses

  • Medications and prescriptions

  • Screening for vision, hearing, asthma, obesity, and other medical conditions

  • Referrals to specialty care if needed

  • Mental health services

School-Based Health Centers provide services that are supplementary to the services your child already receives from their primary care provider. The School-Based Health Center does not replace your child’s primary care provider.
